Management of digital transformation

The first of six webinars organized by AGID and Formez PA will be held on Thursday 16 September as part of the project “Information and training for the digital transition Italia Login – the citizen’s home – Line 1 – ” under the PON Governance and Institutional Capacity 2014-2020.

The training course scheduled from September 16 to October 21 will be dedicated to the analysis of the methods and tools to support the monitoring of ICT contracts, according to the directives of AgID Circular N.1 / 2021.

During the cycle of meetings, the criteria and methods for monitoring the execution of the contracts defined by AgID will be illustrated, as required by art. 14-bis, paragraph 2 letter. h) of the CAD.

In particular, the activities and processes of Monitoring will be analyzed, which represents the tool to support the RTD to better carry out its responsibilities, as it is aimed at supporting the Administration to manage, improve the governance of IT contracts and build a model verification and control of its information systems from a service perspective.

The webinar will have a purely practical-operational cut and is mainly aimed at RTDs, monitoring managers, internal monitoring groups, RUP, DEC, PMO.The meetings will be held on Thursdays, from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm, according to the following calendar:

The National Observatory for Digital Ecosystem Growth – ONCE monitors the digital transformation of the Italian digital agendaLast update09-24-2019

Enhance the implementation initiatives of the Italian Digital Agenda through assessment and survey activities; innovate monitoring methodologies to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the Three-Year Plan and the digital growth strategy.

These are some of the objectives of the National Digital Ecosystem Growth Observatory (ONCE) promoted by AgID to coordinate and support administrations and territories in monitoring the strategic evolution of the public information system.ONCE aims to:sharing the “stratified” monitoring methodology, consolidated in the first months of the ONCE community;

federate the institutional and private entities that act on the subject of monitoring the digital transformation of the country, in order to create a useful tool for administrations on innovative monitoring methods and as a learning tool, starting from data on the digitization of territories.start the collaborative and community work of the 4 laboratories on the themes of data collection and exploitation.

The four workshops deal with:

the system of KPIs (key performance indicators) for the Three-Year Plan, with the aim of identifying significant KPIs for measuring the objectives and lines of action contained in the Three-Year Plan;

innovation and digital transformation in the territory, which has the aim of starting a work of comparison and analysis starting from the ecosystems with the greatest need for interoperability and involvement of different territorial levels (e.g. mobility, cultural heritage, health, etc.) and from innovation initiatives that characterize them,

the PA towards Digital Europe, to identify sets of indicators, starting from the dimensions of the DESI, able to understand the most significant phenomena in the digital field and try to correlate them with the policy documents on Digital Europe 2021-2027, in the their current drafting, expanding and adapting the areas of observation;

the measurement of public administration ICT spending, to define the revision process of the open data platform SoldiPubblici.gov.it, so that it becomes the tool for monitoring public spending.
